Matt's Steel Cut Oats Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup Little Grain Co. Steel Cut Oats
3 cups water or milk
1/4 tsp salt
cinnamon
vanilla
Instructions
bring water or milk to a boil over stove-top
add salt and stir in Little Grain Co. Steel Cut Oats
option: add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla
return to a boil and simmer for 7-10 minutes
